本隐私政策适用于 Zeno Player。Zeno Player 是个人技术开发和功能验证项目，主要用于个人音频文件管理、音频播放测试、同步测试、购买状态验证和用户反馈。
1. 我们是谁

2. 我们处理哪些信息
根据你使用的功能不同，Zeno Player 可能会在你的设备本地处理以下信息：
- 你导入或同步到 App 的音频文件。
- 音频文件的元数据，例如标题、作者、封面、时长、文件大小和文件格式。
- 你在 App 内创建的个人分类、文件夹、播放列表、排序、备注、快速定位标签和播放间隔设置。
- 百度网盘授权状态、账号显示名称、访问令牌或相关登录状态信息。
- 用于内购和订阅状态展示的 Apple StoreKit 交易状态。
- 当你主动发送反馈邮件时，邮件中由你填写的内容以及你的邮箱地址。
3. 本地音频和文件数据
Zeno Player 的核心功能是帮助个人用户在 iPhone 上管理和播放自有音频文件。你通过本地导入、电脑传输或百度网盘同步获得的音频文件，会保存在 App 的本地沙盒中。我们不会把这些音频文件上传到自建服务器。
App 会读取音频文件中的元数据，用于在界面中展示标题、作者、封面、时长和文件大小。相关信息主要保存在你的设备本地，用于提升音频文件管理和播放体验。
4. 百度网盘授权
当你使用百度网盘同步功能时，Zeno Player 会跳转到百度官方授权页面。我们不会收集、保存或知晓你的百度账号密码。
授权成功后，App 会使用百度网盘提供的授权信息访问你授权范围内的文件夹和音频文件，用于浏览、播放或下载你选择的音频。百度网盘的账号、授权和文件访问行为同时受百度网盘自身的服务条款和隐私政策约束。
你可以在 App 内退出百度网盘登录。退出后，App 会清除本地保存的百度网盘登录状态。已经下载到 App 本地的音频文件不会因为退出百度网盘而自动删除。
5. 电脑传输功能
当你开启“通过电脑传输”功能时，App 会在同一 Wi-Fi 网络中启动一个本地网页服务，方便你从电脑浏览器访问 App 内的音频文件夹、上传音频或下载音频。
该服务只在你主动开启并保持 App 前台运行时可用。请仅在可信任的 Wi-Fi 环境中使用该功能，并在使用完成后停止传输服务。
6. 购买、订阅和试用
Zeno Player 的订阅、买断和试用状态通过 Apple StoreKit 处理。支付、退款、账单和交易信息由 Apple 处理，我们不会直接收集你的银行卡、支付账号或完整付款凭证。
App 会读取必要的交易状态，用于判断你是否处于试用、订阅或买断状态，从而决定是否解锁完整功能。
7. 用户反馈
当你点击用户反馈入口时，App 会调用系统邮件功能。只有在你主动发送邮件时，我们才会收到你的反馈内容和邮箱地址。我们会使用这些信息处理你的问题、回复你的反馈或改进产品。
8. 权限使用
Zeno Player 可能会根据功能需要请求或使用以下系统能力：
- 本地网络访问：用于电脑传输功能，让同一 Wi-Fi 下的电脑访问 App 提供的本地网页。
- 后台音频播放：用于支持音频播放、锁屏播放和系统播放控制。
- 网络访问：用于百度网盘授权、文件浏览、音频下载、云端播放或访问 Apple 内购服务。
9. 信息共享
除非获得你的同意、为实现你主动使用的功能、遵守法律法规要求，或保护用户和服务安全，我们不会将你的个人信息出售给第三方。
当你使用百度网盘或 Apple 内购时，相关服务由百度和 Apple 提供，其数据处理规则由对应服务方负责。
10. 数据保存和删除
本地音频、分类、文件夹、播放列表、备注、标签和播放设置通常保存在你的设备本地。你可以在 App 内删除音频、文件夹或播放列表。卸载 App 通常会删除 App 沙盒内的数据。
如需删除百度网盘授权状态，可以在 App 内退出登录。如需处理 Apple 订阅或退款，请通过 Apple ID 的订阅管理和 App Store 相关流程完成。
11. 儿童隐私
Zeno Player 面向一般个人用户，不专门面向儿童提供服务。若你认为未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，请通过本政策中的邮箱联系我们。
12. 安全
我们会采用合理措施保护 App 内数据安全。但请理解，没有任何传输或存储方式可以保证绝对安全。请妥善管理你的设备、Apple ID、百度账号和本地网络环境。
13. 政策更新
我们可能会根据功能变化、法律法规或运营需要更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策会通过本页面展示，并以页面中的生效日期为准。

Zeno Player Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Zeno Player. Zeno Player is a personal technical development and feature validation project mainly used for personal audio file management, audio playback testing, synchronization testing, purchase status validation, and user feedback.
1. Who We Are
Zeno Player is provided by the app developer. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or data processing, contact us at zplayerfeedback@gmail.com.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the features you use, Zeno Player may process the following information locally on your device:
- Audio files that you import or synchronize to the App.
- Metadata of audio files, such as title, author, cover image, duration, file size, and file format.
- Personal categories, folders, playlists, sorting, notes, quick navigation tags, and playback interval settings that you create in the App.
- Baidu Netdisk authorization status, display name, access token, or related login status information.
- Apple StoreKit transaction status used to display in-app purchase and subscription status.
- Feedback content and your email address when you voluntarily send us a feedback email.
3. Local Audio and File Data
The core function of Zeno Player is to help individual users manage and play their own audio files on iPhone. Audio files obtained through local import, computer transfer, or Baidu Netdisk synchronization are stored in the App's local sandbox. We do not upload these audio files to servers operated by us.
The App may read metadata from audio files to display title, author, cover image, duration, and file size. This information is mainly stored locally on your device to improve audio file management and playback experience.
4. Baidu Netdisk Authorization
When you use Baidu Netdisk synchronization, Zeno Player redirects you to Baidu's official authorization page. We do not collect, store, or know your Baidu account password.
After authorization, the App uses authorization information provided by Baidu Netdisk to access folders and audio files within the scope you authorize, so that you can browse, play, or download selected audio files. Baidu Netdisk account, authorization, and file access activities are also subject to Baidu Netdisk's own terms of service and privacy policy.
You can sign out of Baidu Netdisk in the App. After sign-out, the App clears the locally stored Baidu Netdisk login status. Audio files already downloaded to the App are not automatically deleted because you sign out of Baidu Netdisk.
5. Computer Transfer Feature
When you enable the "Transfer via Computer" feature, the App starts a local web service on the same Wi-Fi network so that you can access audio folders in the App, upload audio, or download audio from a computer browser.
This service is available only when you actively enable it and keep the App running in the foreground. Use this feature only on trusted Wi-Fi networks and stop the transfer service after use.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials
Zeno Player's subscription, lifetime purchase, and trial status are processed through Apple StoreKit. Payments, refunds, billing, and transaction information are handled by Apple. We do not directly collect your bank card, payment account, or complete payment credentials.
The App reads necessary transaction status to determine whether you are in a trial, subscription, or lifetime purchase state and whether to unlock full features.
7. User Feedback
When you tap the user feedback entry, the App invokes the system email function. We receive your feedback content and email address only if you voluntarily send the email. We use this information to handle your questions, reply to your feedback, or improve the product.
8. Permissions
Zeno Player may request or use the following system capabilities depending on the features you use:
- Local network access: used by the computer transfer feature so that a computer on the same Wi-Fi network can access the local web page provided by the App.
- Background audio playback: used to support audio playback, lock screen playback, and system playback controls.
- Network access: used for Baidu Netdisk authorization, file browsing, audio downloads, cloud playback, or access to Apple in-app purchase services.
9. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties unless we obtain your consent, need to implement a feature you actively use, comply with legal requirements, or protect users and service security.
When you use Baidu Netdisk or Apple in-app purchases, the related services are provided by Baidu and Apple, and their data processing rules are governed by those service providers.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Local audio, categories, folders, playlists, notes, tags, and playback settings are usually stored locally on your device. You can delete audio, folders, or playlists in the App. Uninstalling the App usually deletes data in the App sandbox.
To delete Baidu Netdisk authorization status, sign out in the App. To manage Apple subscriptions or refunds, use Apple ID subscription management and App Store procedures.
11. Children's Privacy
Zeno Player is intended for general individual users and is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us using the email address in this policy.
12. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data in the App. However, no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Please properly manage your device, Apple ID, Baidu account, and local network environment.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy based on feature changes, laws and regulations, or operational needs. The updated policy will be displayed on this page and will take effect as of the effective date shown on the page.
