欢迎使用 Zeno Player。Zeno Player 是个人技术开发和功能验证项目，主要用于个人音频文件管理和音频播放测试。使用本 App 即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。
1. 服务内容
Zeno Player 提供音频文件管理、个人分类、播放列表、音频播放、锁屏播放、播放间歇、快速定位标签、备注、百度网盘同步和电脑传输等功能。
我们可能根据产品规划、技术条件或合规要求调整、增加、暂停或停止部分功能。
2. 使用条件
你应当具备使用本 App 的合法资格，并遵守适用法律法规、平台规则和本协议。你应妥善保管自己的设备、Apple ID、百度账号和网络环境。
3. 音频内容和版权责任
Zeno Player 只是个人音频文件管理和播放工具，不提供任何内容版权授权，也不主动向你分发音频内容。
你通过本地导入、电脑传输、百度网盘同步或其他方式添加到 App 的音频文件，应由你自行确认拥有合法使用权。你不得使用 Zeno Player 存储、播放、传播或分享侵犯他人版权、邻接权或其他合法权益的内容。
因你导入、同步、上传、下载、播放或使用音频内容产生的版权争议、授权问题或法律责任，由你自行承担。
4. 百度网盘功能
当你使用百度网盘同步功能时，需要通过百度官方授权页面登录并授权。Zeno Player 不收集、不保存你的百度账号密码。
百度网盘相关服务由百度提供，账号登录、授权、文件访问、网络稳定性和第三方服务规则可能影响功能可用性。你应同时遵守百度网盘的服务条款和隐私政策。
5. 电脑传输功能
当你开启“通过电脑传输”功能时，App 会在同一 Wi-Fi 网络中启动本地网页服务。请只在可信任的网络环境中使用，并在使用完成后及时停止传输服务。
你应自行确认上传、下载或管理的音频文件合法、安全，并避免让不可信设备访问你的本地传输页面。
6. 试用、订阅和买断
Zeno Player 可能提供 7 天免费试用、月订阅、年订阅、限时买断优惠和全价买断等付费方式。具体商品名称、权益内容、订阅周期、价格和可购买条件以 App 内购买页面及 Apple 系统购买弹窗展示为准。
月订阅和年订阅属于自动续费订阅。月订阅通常按 1 个月为一个订阅周期自动续费，年订阅通常按 1 年为一个订阅周期自动续费。用户确认购买后，费用将记入用户的 Apple ID 账户。
自动续费订阅会在当前订阅周期结束后自动续费，除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时通过 Apple ID 账户订阅管理取消自动续费。Apple 可能会在当前订阅周期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除下一周期费用，扣费成功后订阅周期顺延。
你可以在 iPhone 的“设置”或 App Store 的 Apple ID 账户订阅管理中查看、管理或取消订阅。Zeno Player 无法代替你取消 Apple ID 下的订阅。取消订阅后，你仍可在已付款周期内继续使用对应权益，直到当前订阅周期结束。
如果你购买一次性买断服务，在 Apple 确认交易成功后，你将获得 Zeno Player 对应的长期使用权益。买断权益的具体范围以购买页面展示为准。若法律法规、平台政策、第三方服务或不可抗力导致部分功能不可用，我们会尽量提供合理说明或调整。
如果 App 提供免费试用、限时优惠或优惠买断，具体可用条件、剩余时间、价格和权益以 App 内购买页面及 Apple 系统购买弹窗展示为准。试用、优惠或促销可能因账号状态、地区、Apple 规则或活动期限而不可用。
退款、账单和支付争议通常由 Apple 按 App Store 规则处理。若你需要申请退款，请通过 Apple 官方渠道提交退款请求；Zeno Player 无法直接处理由 App Store 完成的扣费和退款。
7. 用户行为规范
你不得使用 Zeno Player 从事以下行为：
- 违反法律法规、平台规则或本协议的行为。
- 侵犯他人版权、商标权、隐私权、名誉权或其他合法权益的行为。
- 攻击、干扰、破坏 App、第三方服务或他人设备安全的行为。
- 未经授权转售、出租、破解、逆向工程或绕过付费限制的行为。
- 利用本 App 从事商业侵权传播、非法分享或其他不当用途。
8. 第三方服务
Zeno Player 可能接入 Apple StoreKit、百度网盘、系统邮件、系统评分等第三方或系统能力。第三方服务由对应服务方提供，其可用性、规则、费用和数据处理方式由对应服务方负责。
9. 服务变更和中止
我们可能因产品迭代、维护、合规要求、第三方服务变化、设备或系统限制等原因，对服务进行调整、暂停或终止。我们会尽量减少对正常使用的影响。
10. 免责声明
Zeno Player 会尽力提供稳定可靠的音频文件管理和播放体验，但不保证服务在所有设备、系统版本、网络环境、第三方服务状态下都完全无错误或不中断。
因用户设备故障、系统限制、网络问题、第三方服务变化、用户误操作、版权争议或不可抗力导致的数据丢失、功能不可用或损失，我们将在法律允许范围内不承担超出法定责任之外的责任。
11. 协议更新
我们可能根据功能变化、法律法规、平台政策或运营需要更新本协议。更新后的协议会通过本页面展示，并以页面中的生效日期为准。

Zeno Player Terms of Use

Welcome to Zeno Player. Zeno Player is a personal technical development and feature validation project mainly used for personal audio file management and audio playback testing. By using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Content
Zeno Player provides audio file management, personal categories, playlists, audio playback, lock screen playback, playback intervals, quick navigation tags, notes, Baidu Netdisk synchronization, and computer transfer features.
We may adjust, add, suspend, or stop certain features based on product planning, technical conditions, or compliance requirements.
2. Eligibility and Conditions of Use
You must be legally eligible to use this App and must comply with applicable laws and regulations, platform rules, and these Terms. You are responsible for properly managing your device, Apple ID, Baidu account, and network environment.
3. Audio Content and Copyright Responsibility
Zeno Player is only a personal audio file management and playback tool. It does not provide any content copyright authorization and does not actively distribute audio content to you.
You are responsible for confirming that you have lawful rights to use audio files that you add to the App through local import, computer transfer, Baidu Netdisk synchronization, or other methods. You must not use Zeno Player to store, play, transmit, or share content that infringes others' copyrights, neighboring rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
You are solely responsible for any copyright dispute, authorization issue, or legal liability arising from your import, synchronization, upload, download, playback, or use of audio content.
4. Baidu Netdisk Feature
When you use Baidu Netdisk synchronization, you need to log in and authorize through Baidu's official authorization page. Zeno Player does not collect or store your Baidu account password.
Baidu Netdisk related services are provided by Baidu. Account login, authorization, file access, network stability, and third-party service rules may affect feature availability. You should also comply with Baidu Netdisk's terms of service and privacy policy.
5. Computer Transfer Feature
When you enable the "Transfer via Computer" feature, the App starts a local web service on the same Wi-Fi network. Use it only on trusted networks and stop the transfer service promptly after use.
You are responsible for confirming that audio files you upload, download, or manage are lawful and safe, and for preventing untrusted devices from accessing your local transfer page.
6. Trials, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Purchases
Zeno Player may offer a 7-day free trial, monthly subscription, yearly subscription, limited-time lifetime purchase discount, and full-price lifetime purchase. Specific product names, benefits, subscription periods, prices, and purchase conditions are subject to the in-app purchase page and Apple system purchase dialog.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions usually renew every 1 month, and yearly subscriptions usually renew every 1 year. After you confirm purchase, the fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.
An auto-renewable subscription renews automatically after the current subscription period unless you cancel auto-renewal through Apple ID subscription management at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge the next period fee within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, and the subscription period will be extended after a successful charge.
You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings or App Store Apple ID subscription management. Zeno Player cannot cancel subscriptions under your Apple ID on your behalf. After cancellation, you may continue to use the corresponding benefits until the end of the paid period.
If you purchase a one-time lifetime service, you will receive the corresponding long-term usage benefits after Apple confirms the transaction. The specific scope of lifetime benefits is subject to the purchase page. If laws, platform policies, third-party services, or force majeure make certain features unavailable, we will try to provide reasonable explanations or adjustments.
If the App provides free trials, limited-time promotions, or promotional lifetime purchases, specific availability, remaining time, price, and benefits are subject to the in-app purchase page and Apple system purchase dialog. Trials, discounts, or promotions may be unavailable due to account status, region, Apple rules, or campaign period.
Refunds, billing, and payment disputes are generally handled by Apple under App Store rules. If you need to request a refund, submit the request through Apple's official channels. Zeno Player cannot directly process charges or refunds completed through the App Store.
7. User Conduct
You must not use Zeno Player to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating laws, regulations, platform rules, or these Terms.
- Infringing others' copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
- Attacking, interfering with, or damaging the App, third-party services, or the security of others' devices.
- Reselling, renting, cracking, reverse engineering, or bypassing paid restrictions without authorization.
- Using the App for commercial infringement distribution, illegal sharing, or other improper purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
Zeno Player may integrate Apple StoreKit, Baidu Netdisk, system email, system rating, and other third-party or system capabilities. Third-party services are provided by their respective providers, who are responsible for their availability, rules, fees, and data processing methods.
9. Service Changes and Suspension
We may adjust, suspend, or terminate services due to product iteration, maintenance, compliance requirements, third-party service changes, device limitations, or system limitations. We will try to minimize impact on normal use.
10. Disclaimer
Zeno Player will try to provide a stable and reliable audio file management and playback experience, but does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted under all devices, system versions, network environments, or third-party service conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond statutory obligations for data loss, feature unavailability, or losses caused by user device failure, system limitations, network issues, third-party service changes, user error, copyright disputes, or force majeure.
11. Terms Updates
We may update these Terms based on feature changes, laws and regulations, platform policies, or operational needs. The updated Terms will be displayed on this page and will take effect as of the effective date shown on the page.
